The Plantwise Knowledge Bank is an open-access online tool to help diagnose, track and provide management advice on pests and diseases. It was launched worldwide on 25 July 2012.

Plantwise country homepages allow farmers, extension workers and other interested parties to get a range of information that refers specifically to their chosen location. These dynamic pages include pest alerts, plant health updates, access to factsheets and pests lists, as well as links through to the interactive map and diagnostic search.

Online and globally, the Plantwise Knowledge Bank offers online diagnostic and treatment support information as well as practical on the ground training for potential plant doctors.

At present there are hundreds of plant clinics in 33 countries.
